We have our own low pressure treatment facilities on-site at Felling, utilising VACSOL. This latest generation, waterbased wood preservative provides proven protection against decay and insect attack for general construction and joinery timbers with desired service life of 30 – 60 years.
VACSOL treated timber maintains a natural timber appearance.
The Use Class
The level of preservative treatment is varied according to the Use Class situation that the timber is exposed to during its life. Generally, a greater degree of protection is required as the Use Class increases.
VACSOL treated timber is suitable for Use Classes 1 – 3 Coated.
